​Starting therapy or parent coaching is a meaningful step, and it’s important that you have a clear understanding of what to expect—including the financial side of care.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate, which is an estimate of the expected cost of services if you are choosing to pay out-of-pocket.

Because this work is deeply personal and relationship-based, the length of care can look different for each family. Individual therapy, parent coaching, and family therapy are often longer-term processes that unfold over time. On average, many clients engage in 20–60 sessions, depending on their goals, pace, and what feels most supportive for them.

Before we begin, you can request a Good Faith Estimate that includes:

• The cost per session

• An estimate of the number of sessions

• The overall expected cost

This estimate is meant to offer clarity, not pressure—it’s not a contract. As we work together, your needs may shift, and we’ll continue to check in and adjust as needed.

If you ever receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute it.
